ErtanWorks is an independent studio with three practices — Ertan Software Solutions, Ertan Hardware Solutions, and Ertan Game Development — under one roof. Same engineers, same standards, same accountability.

Mission

Build the right thing — custom software, hardware, and original games — end‑to‑end, by the people who scope and ship it.

No layered hand-offs. No rented platforms. No design-by-deck. The engineer who pitches the work is the engineer who writes the commits, runs the bring-up, or designs the loop. That is the mission, and it's the only one.

Vision

A future where small senior studios outperform layered agency pipelines — where products that span software and hardware stay coherent, and games are built around the systems they're about, not the metrics that drive them.

Most modern software work fragments across three vendors and four contracts. Most modern games are tuned around engagement loops the designer never proposed. We think both can be better — and that being small, senior, and independent is the way to prove it.

Origin

Why this exists.

ErtanWorks was started in 2026 as the umbrella for work that didn't fit any single bucket. Software clients started asking about hardware. Hardware projects needed dashboards. Side-of-desk game prototypes kept getting better.

The conventional answer was to incorporate three companies, hire three teams, and let each one fail in its own way. The actual answer turned out to be simpler: keep the team small, keep the standards consistent, and let the practices share the same brain.

The studio is independent and remote-first. There is no investor stack to please, no growth target to hit. It exists to ship work the team is proud of — across three practices, under one name.

Source in your repo. Open formats. Boring stacks. If we walked away tomorrow, the system still runs and the next team can pick it up.

We pick technology that ages well, and we ship games meant to be finished, not subscribed to. Time is the harshest reviewer; we build for it.
