By accessing any ErtanWorks website or product, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

Use of our services

Our products and websites are provided for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use our services to create, distribute, or promote illegal content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs
• Impersonate ErtanWorks or any of its brands
• Resell or sublicense access to our products without written permission

Intellectual property

All content, branding, software, and design on ErtanWorks properties — including the ErtanWorks, Mainspring, Tooveo, and Wend Games names and marks — are owned by ErtanWorks. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without prior written consent.

Content you create using our tools (e.g. videos generated via Tooveo) remains yours, subject to the terms of the specific product.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid products are billed on the cycle you select. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled case by case — contact [email protected].

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

ErtanWorks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
