When applications open, this page will list specific roles, the form, and what we expect to see in your write-up. We'll never run a hiring sprint that asks for unpaid take-homes longer than two hours.
The fit
Who we'd want
on the team.
- Senior, hands-on
- 5+ years shipping production software, ideally with at least one project owned end-to-end. We're not building a junior pipeline yet.
- Cross-stack instincts
- Most engagements span a frontend, a backend, and an environment. Specialists welcome — but a strong T-shape on top of one deep area beats a narrow expert here.
- Comfort with scope
- You'll be in the scoping conversations, not handed a ticket. Saying "this should be cut" or "this needs another week" out loud, in front of the client, is part of the job.
- Taste in tooling
- A bias toward boring, well-trodden tools — and a clear-eyed sense of when to deviate from them. Strong opinions held loosely.
